Introduction

SikaCeram®-88 (commonly referred to in local trade as Sika Cement Gum 88) is a premium, polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive manufactured by Sika. Formulated with high-grade cement, selected sand, and specialized synthetic polymers, it is engineered for thin-bed fixing of ceramic, porcelain, and homogeneous tiles on walls and floors. It replaces traditional site-mixed cement-sand mortar, offering significantly higher bond strength, zero tile slippage, and extended open time.
