YHPri-410 is a polymer acrylic emulsion primer designed to penetrate, strengthen, and stabilise mortar and concrete substrates before waterproofing or flooring applications.

YHPri-410 is an in-depth primer formulated for cement mortar and other cementitious surfaces. This polymer acrylic emulsion primer helps improve the substrate’s resistance to chemicals, corrosion, moisture, and salt exposure while reinforcing weak or porous surfaces. It is suitable for priming mortar or concrete substrates before the application of water-based waterproofing systems or flooring systems.

Practical Features and Applications

The primer offers strong substrate penetration, easy application, and broad compatibility across cement-based surfaces. It is intended to strengthen and reinforce mortar and concrete while preparing the substrate for subsequent coatings or flooring work. The recommended mixing ratio is one part YHPri-410 to three parts water by weight, with a stated usage of approximately 0.2 kg per square metre per layer.
