YHCoat-931 Flex is a two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing coating designed for wet areas, balconies, terraces, basement surfaces, and exterior wall projects.

YHCoat-931 Flex is a two-component cement-based waterproofing coating that forms a seamless flexible film after application. This flexible waterproofing coating is suitable for damp substrates and is intended for bathrooms, showers, kitchens, laundry areas, balconies, terraces before tiling, basement backwater surfaces, and exterior wall projects. The cement-based formulation is supplied as a liquid-and-powder system for construction and waterproofing work.

Practical Features and Applications

The coating provides vapour permeability, high flexibility, crack-bridging performance, and good adhesion to concrete substrates. It is described as a low-VOC, non-toxic cement-based product with a low-odour formulation. The surface becomes dry in approximately three hours and fully dry in about six hours. The stated usage is around 2–2.2 kg per square metre per millimetre, with a minimum of two coats required.
