YHCoat-930 is a two-component polymer cement waterproofing slurry designed to help prevent water penetration and moisture ingress across concrete, mortar, brickwork, blockwork, and other cementitious surfaces.

YHCoat-930 is an easy-to-apply cementitious waterproofing slurry supplied as a liquid-and-powder system. The polymer cement formulation is intended for interior waterproofing and damp-proofing applications involving concrete, cementitious rendering, brickwork, and blockwork. It may be used in bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, balconies, basements, retaining walls, reinforced-concrete gutters, and planter boxes.

Practical Features and Applications

The waterproof coating provides resistance to carbon dioxide penetration and impermeability under hydrostatic pressure. Its extended operable time supports practical application across construction and repair work. The formulation is described as non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-corrosive to steel or iron. The surface becomes dry in approximately three hours and fully dry in about six hours. The stated application usage is around 1 kg per square metre per millimetre, with a minimum of two coats required.
