YHTOM-710 is a mineral-surfaced APP modified bituminous waterproofing membrane designed for roofs, underground structures, water-retaining facilities, and exposed waterproofing applications.

YHTOM-710 is a torch-on waterproofing membrane made from premium bitumen and selected polymers. The APP modified bituminous membrane features a mineral-surfaced finish with natural colour slates for UV protection, light foot-traffic tolerance, and an improved exposed appearance. Reinforced with non-woven spun-bonded polyester or composite root-proof fabric, it is suitable for roofing and other waterproofing applications over existing substrates.

Performance Features and Applications

The membrane provides resistance to water and vapour pressure, heat, puncture, fatigue, and various waterborne chemicals. Its dimensional stability, tensile strength, tear strength, and flexibility allow it to accommodate structural movement. YHTOM-710 is suitable for industrial and civil building roofs, underground structures, underground construction, indoor swimming pools, firefighting water pools, and other water-retaining facilities. An anti-root grade is also available for applications requiring resistance to root penetration.
