VASA® Grout 60 is a high-fluidity, non-shrink cement-based grout designed for equipment foundations, concrete repairs, anchoring work, and structural grouting applications.

VASA® Grout 60 is a high-performance cement-based grout formulated with micro-expansion properties and mixed with water on site. This non-shrink cement grout provides high fluidity for filling confined spaces and connection points while supporting structural integrity. It is suitable for secondary grouting beneath equipment foundations, repairing and reinforcing concrete structures, anchoring bolts, base plates, and steel connections, as well as grouting joints in subways, tunnels, and other underground works.

Performance Features and Applications

The grout offers early strength, high strength, excellent fluidity, and micro-expansion for close bonding around structural elements. Its non-shrink and crack-free properties make it suitable for construction and repair work where stable filling and firm contact are required. The product is supplied as a grey powder in 25 kg packaging, with a stated usage of approximately two to three tonnes per cubic metre.
