YHCoat-908 is an acrylic liquid-applied waterproofing membrane that dries transparent and is suitable for exterior walls, parapets, window sills, masonry surfaces, painted walls, and roof details.

YHCoat-908 Wall Waterproof Coat is made from an acrylic emulsion with selected additives. The acrylic transparent liquid-applied membrane is designed to help isolate standing water intrusion into wall surfaces. It is supplied in a milky-white colour and becomes transparent after drying, making it suitable for waterproofing exterior walls and related building surfaces without leaving an opaque finish.

Features and Suitable Applications

YHCoat-908 offers weather and UV resistance, sag resistance, straightforward application, and adhesion to most substrates. It is suitable for exterior walls, parapets, window sills, concrete, mortar, brick walls, and existing painted walls. The coating may also be used around sealing joints, roof laps, and screws on different roof types. Its stated fully drying time is approximately three to four hours, with an application usage of around 0.4–0.6 kg per square metre per layer.
