YHCoat-900 is a UV-resistant, elastic water-based waterproofing membrane designed for exposed roofs, external walls, concrete structures, metal roofs, joints, and other construction areas.

YHCoat-900 UVR Waterproof Coat is a water-based liquid-applied membrane made from a special emulsion, quality fillers, and functional additives. This waterproofing coating is intended for new construction and refurbishment projects involving exposed roofs, external walls, concrete structures, metal roofs, sealing joints, laps, screws, and various roof types. It is available in grey and white to support different construction and maintenance requirements.

Features and Practical Applications

The formulation provides high strength, elasticity, abrasion resistance, and UV resistance for directly exposed areas. It is suitable for foot traffic and can be applied to roof details where joints, overlaps, and fastening points require waterproofing treatment. The coating is water-based and non-toxic, with a stated low VOC content. Its fully drying time is approximately three to four hours, while the stated application usage is around 0.6 kg per square metre per layer.
