Exposable Elastic Water-Based Waterproofing Coating for Exterior Surfaces

This water-based waterproofing coating provides an elastic, UV-stable protective layer for exposed roofs, terraces, balconies, gutters, external walls, and other outdoor surfaces.

YHCoat-968 Pro is an exposable elastic water-based waterproofing coating formulated with a special emulsion, quality fillers, and functional additives. Designed for exterior waterproofing applications, it can be applied to new and existing concrete roofs, terraces, gutters, balconies, external walls, and other directly exposed areas. The coating is also suitable for waterproofing older steel roofs and roof sections with complex details such as penetration drains.

Practical Features and Applications

The coating combines high strength and elasticity with UV stability for exposed exterior applications. Its water-based, non-toxic formulation supports straightforward application across different waterproofing areas. At approximately +30°C, the stated operable time ranges from two to three hours, with a maximum period of one day. The substrate moisture content should not exceed 4%, while the stated application usage is approximately 0.6 kg per square metre per layer.
