Dust-Free Cementitious Tile Adhesive for Large-Format Tile Installation

YHTile-820 is a polymer-reinforced C2TE cementitious tile adhesive developed for indoor tile installation, including large-format tiles applied to stable cement mortar, concrete, and brick wall substrates.

YHTile-820 is a dust-free, high-performance cementitious tile adhesive formulated with polymer reinforcement. It features anti-static dust-suppression technology, prolonged open time, anti-slip properties, and strong bonding performance. The adhesive is particularly suitable for installing large-format tiles and tiles with significant deformation on stable indoor substrates such as cement mortar, concrete, and brick walls.

Performance Features and Applications

The formulation provides strong bonding strength, flexibility, anti-slip performance during installation, and an extended open time for practical tile positioning. It is easy to apply and described as low in VOC. For indoor applications, the supported tile size depends on tile water absorption: tiles with water absorption of at least 0.2% may be used up to 600 × 1200 mm, while tiles below 0.2% may be used up to 300 × 600 mm. For outdoor applications, the listed tile sizes are up to 300 × 300 mm and 100 × 200 mm respectively.
